Нежная, закрученная в форме круассанов (или рогаликов, или трубочек) выпечка, получается без излишней жирности и в меру слоеной и рассыпчатой, немного влажной пока горячие. Особенно вкусно сочетается с кисло-сладкой начинкой.
Для начинки я использую вариации из сухофруктов, в зависимости от того, что есть в наличии. Первый вариант - это курага, второй - сочетание сушеных ананасов и манго в равных долях или смесь кураги и манго. Причем сухофрукты подходят даже "дубовые", которые просто так съесть уже не получится.
Когда-нибудь еще собираюсь попробовать густое варенье, но все же опасаюсь, что сахар будет гореть и варенье растекаться и получится уже не то. Также в планах когда-нибудь испытать шоколадную начинку, но пока курага абсолютный фаворит.
